Responsibilities:

Ensure that the operator continues to meet the requirements of the applicable legislation

Reports directly to Accountable Manager
*Monitor flight operations, Maintenance, Ground and Training activities as required by European Commission Regulations
*Ensure the Compliance Monitoring plan is properly being implemented
*Determine the annual audit schedule
*Prepare management evaluations
*Oversee of the Management System in the Compliance Monitoring Department
*Inform all relevant departments for any amended regulation coming into force ( EASA, HCAA,ICAO)
*Act all departments, suppliers, sub contractors

Requirements:

1-Knowledge of the applicable EU & ICAO regulations and associated requirements and procedures
2-Knowledge of the AOC Holder's Quality/Compliance Monitoring policy and structure of the operator's
Quality/Compliance monitoring Manuals
3-Five (5) years experience in the relevant work of which at least 2 years should be from the Aviation Industry in an
appropriate position
4-Relevant training at the Quality Assurance system and auditing techniques. Such training should cover the
requirements of Compliance Monitoring manuals and procedures, related to the task, Audit techniques, reporting and
recording, plus HF in Aviation Industry
