Responsibilities:

- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with AOC Holder's policy and applicable regulations procedures
-  He is responsible for the effective and successful management of quality control and safety measures as established by the AOC Holder
- He is responsible for all aspects of the safe cost-effective and running of their allocated base(s) operation
- Ensures safe and efficient operations
- Operates as a operator representative on regulatory issues
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management
- Planning assigning and directing work, authorizing and discussing with employees performance
- Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors

Requirements:

1-Practical experience in the Aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
2-Knowledge of: EU & ICAO safety regulations/requirements
AOC Specifications
Relevant parts of AOC Holder's Operating Manuals
3-Familiarity with management systems in the Aviation Industry
4-Appropriate management experience preferably in a comparable organization
5-Five (5) years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years should be from the Aviation Industry in an
appropriate managerial position
6-Have a thorough knowledge of the AOC Holder's ground operation procedures
