Description

Responsibilities:

Reports directly to Accountable Manager

Responsible to the Director of Flight Operations for flight training issues
- TM is responsible for the overall conduct and efficiency of all flying training and standardization within the company
- Undertaking the development and implementation of an audit Program to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company requirements
- Managing all training personnel and associated training budget to ensure that training coerces are cost effective and efficient
- Acting as CRM Manger responsible for all aspects of aircrew CRM including development of the syllabus and course material
- Supervising flying training and currency records within the company
- Responsible for overall training standards
- Controlling and maintaining Operations training manuals

Requirements:

1-Practical experience in the Aviation Safety Standards and safe operating practices
2-Knowledge of EU Legislation/ regulations
3-Familiarity with management systems preferably in Aviation Industry
4-Five ( 5 ) years relevant experience of which at least 2 years in Aviation appropriate position
5-Holding current type A/C rating operated under Holder's AOC
6- Significant flight time experience as Commander of a multi crew CAT operated aircraft
